Rockets crazy if they don't bring back Parsons?

According to Yahoo! Sports Adrian Wojnarowski, the Houston Rockets plan to decline Chandler Parsons’ fourth year option, allowing him to become a restricted free agent this summer; if he becomes a restricted free agent, the Rockets are able to match any offer Parsons is given.

If the Rockets decide to accept Parsons’ fourth year option, they would pay him $964,750 next season, surely a small amount due to the salary caps of All-Stars Dwight Howard and James Harden.
