Is Julio Jones the #1 Fantasy Football WR

Man, I feel sorry for the guy that took Julio Jones in last year's fantasy football draft. Ya know the lucky guy that saw Jones balling out the first five weeks before the dreaded foot injury sidelined him for the remainder of the year.
You know the rest, as the Falcons just disappeared into oblivion with that 4-12 record.
So, I know the experts have Jones pretty high, but where should he be going off the board in the fantasy football drafts?
Let's look at stats from last year and project them out over 16 games.

Catches: 8.2 catches per game over 16 games is 132 catches
116 yards per game over 16 games is 1856 yards.
Josh Gordon, who?
Those are some big numbers folks! The touchdowns, I'm guessing they would have gone up per game but you cannot deny that Jones was headed for a monster year.
